We work with organisations to help them better understand, articulate and manage their culture by:

  • - Driving transformational and lasting change through a combination of structural and behavioural levers.
  • - Ensuring teams and individuals at all levels understand their responsibility in driving and supporting the culture of the organisation

Culture Coaching

Organisational culture is a manifestation of what people see and hear from or about leadership and what they believe leaders expect of them.

We work with CEO, Chairs and their top teams behind the scenes...

  • - Upskilling on culture and their role
  • - Drawing out cultural challenges
  • - Raising awareness of their impact on culture
  • - Supporting them in how to respond

Leadership and individual development

We support organisations in the development of people at all levels in relation to cultural priorities and broader business-related skills and knowledge through:

  • - One-off interventions focussed on a specific behavioural challenge
  • - Leadership and talent programmes run over several months supplemented by coaching as required.
  • - Taking a highly interactive, practical and outcome focussed approach drawing on the latest thinking from behavioural science.

Whilst this work often stems from an initial engagement on culture, we also have several clients who have engaged us directly to support with learning and development based on our approach and experience.
